How We Started
Established in Nias 1988, Mr. Jusuf as the founding member started the essential oil business from supplying patchouli oil to local markets and trading companies. Most of the production took place in the home industry. He later learned that adding his product lines was neccesary to dominate the essential oil market, and to meet various demands from local consumers. He began to source in raw materials (flower and leaves) from other cities and personally selected the best ingredients to be processed in his own distilleries.

How We Expanded
Our company produces essential oils, from raw material selection to the extraction and distillation processes are done by our team. For other commodities, we purchase mainly raw materials and its complementary goods only from local farmers. Our QC team carefully hand-pick and select only the products that are suitable for trade --that meets our high standard. Our company focuses specifically on quality control mangement, especially in laboratory testing, testing method, and result analysis, and that eventually leads us to boast customer satisfaction by giving them superior quality with five-star service at affordable pricing. That, in implications, enables us to open our doors for global demands and markets.
Go National before Go Global. With the help from the second generations, the company opened its door in 2002 and started serving customers around Indonesia. As the demand of essential oils reached its stabilty point, the family decided to integrate and expand its subdivision by offering other agricultural products such as Coconut, Pine, Nutmeg, and Palm. All of this were possible due to our cooperation with local farmers in Nias (Indonesia) who agreed to fully supporting us in supplying top raw materials and producing natural products under our management supervision and our quality standards. We strive to produce and offer our customers premium quality products rather than cheap products, because we believe that quality matters when it comes to building a long-term relationship between a supplier with both intermediate buyers and end-users.
How We Run Now
THE RISE OF THIRD GENERATION. Partnering up with 2nd and 3rd generation, a trading company was formed, U.D. Tehnik Persada (commonly known as AGRINDOCULTURE). Under the support of Mr. Jusuf and teams, the new company began exporting commodities out of Belawan and Tanjung Priuk, Indonesia since 2012. Although it looks young, the company has been exploring the agriculture field since 1988, and has manufactured and supplied agriculture products to local markets. Headquartered in Medan, North Sumatera, the founding members started to gain the momentum after partnering with a shipping company, and managed to connect with customers around the world namely from France, USA, Germany, UK, Argentina, China, Singapore, and India. For decades, premium quality and outstanding customer satisfaction have always been our first priority.
